Job Description: Receptionist
Commerce Mortgage is seeking a permanent full time Receptionist at our Corporate location in San Ramon, CA. Our ideal candidate will be accustomed to working in a fast-paced, high production environment, coupled with a dedication to providing outstanding levels of customer service and quality.
Job Duties include:
- Greet visitors
- Answering multi-line phones, screen and direct incoming calls
- Receive and deliver packages
- Participate in organizing events and meetings
- Oversee conference room scheduling
- Order supplies and oversee vendor accounts for office services
- Provide assistance with fax machines and copiers/printers as needed
- Oversee office organization, conference room and kitchen by way of supplies and cleanliness
- Some scanning/filing of documents
- Provide administrative support to Director of Administration
- Assist with travel coordination, as applicable
- Other duties as assigned
- Two years of experience in a receptionist/admin role
- Proactive, energetic and ability to multi-task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable in a large office setting working with offsite locations
- Experience in calendaring and scheduling
- Experience with travel coordination a plus
