Job Description: Receptionist

Commerce Mortgage is seeking a permanent full time Receptionist at our Corporate location in San Ramon, CA. Our ideal candidate will be accustomed to working in a fast-paced, high production environment, coupled with a dedication to providing outstanding levels of customer service and quality.

Job Duties include:

  • Greet visitors
  • Answering multi-line phones, screen and direct incoming calls
  • Receive and deliver packages
  • Participate in organizing events and meetings
  • Oversee conference room scheduling
  • Order supplies and oversee vendor accounts for office services
  • Provide assistance with fax machines and copiers/printers as needed
  • Oversee office organization, conference room and kitchen by way of supplies and cleanliness
  • Some scanning/filing of documents
  • Provide administrative support to Director of Administration
  • Assist with travel coordination, as applicable
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Two years of experience in a receptionist/admin role
  • Proactive, energetic and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable in a large office setting working with offsite locations
  • Experience in calendaring and scheduling
  • Experience with travel coordination a plus

This is a FULL-TIME position. Pay is $15/hour + full benefits. Do not apply if you require a higher pay!
